Is anyone else happy to see some real rain falling this morning? I live in the Pacific Northwest for a reason and all the green and rain the helps provide it is key. I stepped outside before breakfast this morning and it smelled incredible and sounded the same. I'll never complain if the rain scares anybody away 'cause I wouldn't have it any other way.

on 8/20/2007 @ 9:46am | Rain is just fine with me. My lawn agrees. The smell of ozone dancing in the air.. familiar PNW scowls across the faces of everyone in sight.. the sound of spraying mist under moving vehicles. It's all very tranquil. |
