No Walmart in Fircrest

I'm very glad. Two Walmarts within 3 miles of each other would be a bit much. |
 by KevinFreitas on 7/31/2007 @ 9:04pm | Absolutely. Saw some anti-Walmart signs in a yard off 19th the other day. For such a small community, yea, that kind of store just doesn't fit. Good to see that community persistence on matters like that and things like billboards can prevail.
To a business, no market is a good market if no one wants them. |
