Besides the Lemay Museum and the Children Museum looking to build new venues in the city, are there any other ones that are planned for the future? I know the Working Waterfront Museum is taking over all it's space in the old warehouse on the waterfront.
The one thing I notice about Tacoma is a lack of a science museum. Portland, Spokane, Seattle, and Vancouver all have one.

on 6/9/2008 @ 1:29pm | Museums are great, but to the extent they are operated as non-profits they become a drag on the local economy. We need more property in Tacoma on the tax rolls, not less. |
