Anyone know what's going on along the sidewalk on Schuster Parkway? The area along the sidewalk near the grain silos is having some work done. Not to the sidewalk but the hillside itself is being dug out. Is a small retaining wall going in to help prevent slippage? Or maybe just some ditch work to help drainage?
