Biodiesel Events: A Homebrew Class and a Free Party/Mixer
|

Just wanted to get the word out about two exciting events coming up for people who already are using or are interested in learning more about biodiesel. Both events are on Sunday June 8th, 2008.
The first will be an all-day, hands-on biodiesel homebrewing workshop taught by biodiesel guru Lyle Rudensey, known widely in the local biodiesel community as BioLyle. After the class, there will be a free mixer event at Paddy Coyne's to talk shop, network, and maybe even form some homebrewing co-ops. You don't need to attend the class to come to this! Many more details here. I hope to see some of y'all from the blogosphere at one or both of these events! |

If you don't have a diesel automobile, but heat your home with home heating oil, please be aware that heating oil is just diesel, so biodiesel can be used in your home furnace. If your heating oil bills are anything like ours, that's reason enough right there to try to get that price point down closer to $1/gallon... |
