I seriously doubt if the city will ever collect a dime of this money, for numerous reasons. If nothing else, they'll use it as a bargaining chip to settle the lawsuit out of court. More »

There are plenty of other ways we're barraged with ads these days and if it helps to clean up and make our neighborhoods more livable and attractive not to have them, so be it. More »
