i mean, either let the bush tax cuts expire or let homes with incomes less then 100k a year pay no income tax in 2012 as a means of stimulus. but you can't have it the other way around and expect Americans to just spend with credit they can only do but default on given the current fucking inflation and market speculation pricing of fucking oil bullshit. FWIW, My Harborstone / CUHMS Servicing Disclosure Statement does have the check-box checked that says, "The loan for which you have applied will be serviced at this financial institution and we do not intend to sell, transfer, or assign the servicing of the loan." (I'm always skeptical and I do see some wiggle-room there.) More »

Don't know why it takes a national movement to do this. Credit unions already have better interest rates and lower fees for deposit accounts.Coupled with the fact that there's less of a conflict of interests when the account holders (not shareholders) steer the wheel and I don't see how banks have any checking customers...
