These are apparently barrels containing hazardous waste on the 1300 block of Pacific Avenue downtown Tacoma right by the Regence Building. They have been there for at least a year. More »

Here is a pile of debris that has sat on a lot arounf the 2000 block of Jefferson Street in Tacoma's "working downtown" for a long time. The debris looks like city light poles. More »
