			<description>Many of you have been following the print media coverage surrounding newly created housing program grants for populations of ‘hard to place’ (a DOC euphemism for ‘dangerous’) felons, sex offenders and other offenders into Tacoma and Pierce County.   The program is known as the Re-entry Housing Pilot Program or “RHPP”, and several of us living in Tacoma and Pierce County spent a good part of our holiday studying the program guidelines, enabling legislation, and other publicly-available information. &lt;a href="http://www.feedtacoma.com/forum/general-politics/tacoma-pierce-county-crime-warp/"&gt;More &amp;raquo;&lt;/a&gt;</description>
