This is an open call to all Victoriamaniacs, Edwardiots, Chaps, Chapettes, and yes -even Steampunks in the area. The theme is simply a Grand Day Out from the Asylum, meaning that we will be assuming the role of mental patients from the period, in varying degrees of depravity (but that is no excuse not to dress for the occassion, of course).
