Great idea- scrap the parking lot idea (we have plenty of them already, don't you think? ) and use the money for emergency repairs to the Old City Hall, and then place a lein against the absentee owners for the repairs. More »

The problem with the ADA is that they are constantly changing criteria for what is an acceptible ramp and therefore costing municipalities and businesses needed revenue. Come up with the best standards possible and stick with them for at least 20 years at a crack. More »

Weren't they talking about adding a new LINK stop at 15th and Commerce for something like $150K? Seems to me that would have done at least as much to help Davita, and would have helped other businesses around that intersection at the same time. More »
