Going off on a tangent a bit here... Researching Frost Park in the newspaper archives at the Northwest Room last year, I came across a newspaper account from the 70's (let's see if I can remember correctly) of tenants in the OCH parading to the City Council Chambers demanding a parking garage be constructed nearby.
