They don't actually sell legos there, though. (Or they didn't the last time I was there which was admittedly some time ago) It's just kind of an open lego studio. More »

Isn't there room in there now for a theater? There's a similar sort of place in Emeryville CA that does well because it's right next to a movie theater (and a big Borders.) With all of that empty space, it seems like it would be perfect for a quick dinner and a movie. More »

That's the problem- nobody can make the rent. I don't know if a mission statement would help at that point, athough it does seem like many of the previous well-presented boutiques have been replaced with things like tattoo parlors, cheap cell phone stores, and pawn shops. More »
