No major retailer would adopt such an absurd business model, but if they did I would support it, it would be at their own peril. We should have a national barter day where everyone for one day agreed not to spend money and instead offered services and/or homemade goods in exchange for other folks services and goods, it would build character and help people realize that many day to day needs can be locally sourced and locally provided.
