@oogabooga Blaine Johnson did raise the money for the purchase of the statue, gifted it to the city and then raised money for the planter box it sat in at C and St H. He was certainly instrumental but it is city art. More »

Blaine Johnson gets away with placing his 'art' right next to municipal hall as well as placing some statue right at the corner of Market and St. More »
