Erik: They are supposed to be done paving Broadway within the next couple weeks. Then they're going to work at the 9th & Broadway intersection AND THEN they are going to go to town with ripping St. More »

PSP at least doesn't seem to be suffering. Chunks of the Buddy cast have been going in on Friday and/or Saturday nights, and occasional Sunday breakfasts, and It's been pretty consistently hoppin'. More »

They were going to move into a space on St. More »

Perhaps you guys can fill me in: what's the current status of the One Heart Cafe? More »

Still open, yes, but that doesn't mean that their business is not "tits up", as it were. Tressie has said repeatedly that they are suffering from the slow construction on that street. More »

I have an idea - Espresso business, co-op art gallery, dance studio in large open street level Pacific Ave space with large storefront windows and if desired, additional rentable studio space in the basement (the Rowland Building). The space is 2,136 sq feet. More »

As far as I can tell, Corina Bakery is still open (with new owners). More »
