seed swap interest

by naomi on 3/3/2010 @ 7:06am | So here's my recommendation since I started all this. It would help to have 10-20 folks attend, at a minimum, so there's a decent variety to swap. That being said, if this group is still interested, I would recommend putting your seeds to swap in groups of 5 or 10 in labeled envelopes with the following info: seed name, source of original purchase (if known), any germination or other pertinent growing info, a picture of the plant if you can too. Everyone should come with a list of what they've got so folks can easily peruse a list rather than rifle through a bunch of envelopes. I've got over two dozen varieties of vegetables and annuals. I am happy to host over the weekend in N. Tacoma, but I believe someone else offered as well. |
