|I love the new search feature.

|Thanks jen. I've had tons of fun playing with it myself. I'll probably even start using it to link to for previous/related info with my blog posts rather than list individual links myself.|
Anyone else have any feedback? I'm all ears (or eyes, as the case online may be).

|An incredibly useful new addition. I put in a number of random search queries from kites to monkeys and came up with some great posts.
Thanks for continuing to build this site out into such a valuable informational and community tool.

|Can you add blog titles into the search? I did a search for "emery" and only got posts that link to me, not my own posts.|

|Erik: Yea, I have plans for an "advanced" search that would allow filtering by contributing site/blog. Probably in the form of a dropdown list or checkboxes.|

|Here's an example of what I meant above when I talked about using the search for related linking on a blog entry.|
Let's say I write about post about St. Helens Cafe...
- First I'll go to the search and look for "St. Helens Cafe"
- Then I'll click "Blogs" and sort by date
- Now I can copy the URL of that page and paste it into a link that looks something like the following:
Link to related posts
This way you can get folks to related info without having to create all those links yourself *and* it stays current as new stuff comes in.

|I like how you have the ability to link to search results URL. You Could ALSO go super fancy eventually and subscribe to the RSS feed of the search results like how craigslist does it. |
how about adding the ability to search the exit133 forums? There is some good/dense content in there that is just itching to be found.

|also I found a good way to break it....
try searching for half a comment tag "<!--"

|Oh, good find. Thanks!
I'm sure you could suggest the e133 forum search integration idea if you take Derek's survey. Would be pretty sweet to further "feed" this site with content like that so people can get at it all in one place or with one easy search.

|Works pretty well for any topic.|
