Looking for a photographer

We are having a pretty informal wedding at our house and are in need of someone to take pictures. We are not having any formal posing or fancy engagement pictures. We're not looking to spend hundreds of dollars for a "wedding photographer". Just looking for someone to chronicle the event...a photojournalist of sorts.
Anyone have any suggestions on where to find someone or do you know of someone that might be interested in making some extra cash? Someone into photography that needs something new to shoot? |
 by KevinFreitas on 9/8/2008 @ 11:56am | Lots of people around town that might be interested. Personally, I recommend my good friend Gavin Jensen. You can have a look at his work over at www.gavinjensen.net He enjoys doing freelance photography on the side, is amazing, and very reasonably priced.
If he doesn't look like he'll fit the bill you might head over to the Tacoma Flicr group at www.flickr.com/groups/tacoma/ and post a similar message looking for photogs. Good luck and congrats! |
