|After work we're heading to Dash Point to hit the water and do some skimboarding. Other than that, once home, we'll have lots of fans running to keep us and the kitties cool.

|This is one of those moments that I really miss working in a nice, air conditioned building.

|So far, sitting under the umbrella, knitting while my daughter plays with a neighbor.
I don't know how much I'm up for today after someone woke me up every 20 minutes last night to inform me that she was still hot.

|Wednesday on the Water! Ruston Way! Commencement Bay! Kayaks! Need I say more? I bet nobody saw this one coming...|

|With there was a good skimboarding beach along Ruston, AP, else I'd be down there. Maybe once the sport grows we can get the City of Tacoma to build the first skimboarding park.|

|How do the tides impact the skim-boarding scene? Do you have to watch the charts or is it good all the time?|

|Depends on the spot. If the shelf is wide and pretty flat then almost anytime works. That's why Dash Point is so popular as are wide stream beds.|

|When driving to Dash Point in rush hour, do you take the Brown's Point route, or I-5?|

|Haven't been enough to know. We'll probably take 509.|
