Has anyone ever had a bad or off experience at MSM? I had a Mike's Deluxe (432nd one of my career) again on Friday, and felt the need to let everyone know that it was perfect. Again. I would like to emote that the Mike's Deluxe is Tacoma's Most Consistent food offering. It is the same always. Great work over there by those guys.

by jenyum on 6/24/2007 @ 1:25pm | If anybody ever wanted to contribute a "Good Day in Tacoma" about MSM I would be very grateful. Since their big thing is sammiches, and I can't do wheat, it's not something I can cover. |

by izenmania on 7/13/2007 @ 3:30pm | I would say I had a "bad" experience per se... but I went there once and they had run out of bread. Not something a sandwich vendor ever wants to do...
They had sent someone to the store to buy some conventional loaves of bread to cover, but it wasn't the same. |

by AP on 7/14/2007 @ 8:30am | This bread shortage can only be blamed on the insane demand for this sandwich. I called mine in last week (as I always do) and in the 3 minutes I was there, they must have taken 5 phone orders, mostly for Mike's Deluxes. Bread is a pain in the butt for restaurants because it takes up a lot of space and it has to be fresh.
Based on nearly 15 years of flawless service received by me, I motion to give MSM a mulligan for the above bread outage. If this happens more than once to the same person, then I might be onboard.
P.S. Supersnazz, you are to be commended for your bravery in accepting a substitute bread.. |
