O.K. I was looking at this and apparently there are no more set dates for continued Trial/Hearing so I'm guessing that a decision has been made as to guilt or innocence of the charge of
INTIMIDATING A JUDGE which is Gulp a Class B Felony which is a pretty hefty felony offense (meaning prison likely or maybe the funny farm for a few years).I see a day set for Finding of Facts and the Sentencing date which is set for Jan 27th,2012.To me I'll guess they found him guilty is that right ?I don't see why there would be a sentencing date if he was found innocent of the charges.Have a look

Hopefully funny farm. If you are gonna be confined its better to be on drugs I would think. Or maybe prison is better, you can sober up, read and refine your arguing skills. Are there any people capable of middle of the road protest? Does it always have to be the meatloafs against the gary buseys?

I'll keep you tuned in to what transpires (keep checking on the jail roster/trial results).I am not 100% sure of his guilt or if he has been found guilty of lesser charges. We we just have to wait and see.Being convicted of Intimidating a Judge wouldn't likely make too many enemies of fellow prison inmates.Likely he would be given a pat on the back and given free commissary gifts by fellow penitentiary inmates as in "way to go!".The other route the funny farm could make him not such a confrontationalist anti authoritarian guy with medication.Either way if incarcerated for a few years we will be missing entertainment in watching antics at the city council meetings.Sadly those TV Tacoma programs will be back to boring again instead of having another popular comedy channel.

Just an update on the LINX site I saw that RJH was sentenced to 16 months for the crime of Intimidating a Judge on Feb 3,2012.That's at the low end of the spectrum for that crime. He still has trial dates for other offenses too though.I'll keep checking on those but it looks likely that he will serve time at some Penitentiary in Washington.I'll find out more about that too from this site.It will probably be about a week after the end of his other trial outcome. Then they ship those whom serve more than a year off to some prison. www.doc.wa.gov/offenderinfo/default.aspx
