He was open for the Solar Tour a couple of weekends ago so I chatted with him for a few minutes while wandering circuitously home from the barber shop.
There are a bunch of random old phone booths around the property, some recovered from Navy vessels. I guess he has something of a business reselling them.
Oh, also, I believe he has taken to spelling it "SolaRichard". |

by droid116 on 10/16/2007 @ 2:37pm | Last I saw him was at the July dorkbot meeting where he made a presentation. My kids loved it. He rolled out the power supply with "Yesterdays Sun" hand written on a label attached to it and talked about lighting up the Narrows bridge via solar power. |
