I have not heard anything on the litigation of the Clear Channel case with COT for months now. Its in the federal courts and more difficult to track.

Within a year or two, the issue is going to come up again before the council to make some decision. We will no doubt see a media battle again to try to keep the billboards in place and to thwart the "counter."
