Titlow Trails Mud Run

Welcome spring with Metro Parks’ dirtiest event of the year—the Titlow Trails Mud Run on Sunday, March 18. This family friendly, albeit muddy, 2-mile run/walk takes runners off the city streets and sidewalks and onto the trails near Titlow Park.

The fun run begins at noon on Sunday, March 18 and, depending on the weather and the amount of mud that mother nature creates, will turn an afternoon of trail running into a dirty, dusty, sloppy good time. The course is designed for dirt-tromping, mud-loving children and adults as well as fastidious folks who plan to puddle-jump and keep their feet dry.

The top male and female finishers win prizes from South Sound Running. The event will be chip-timed.

Entry fee is $15. There is no day of race registration. Online registration is available at and closes at midnight, March 15. Race day check-in begins at 11 am at the picnic shelter near Titlow Lodge, the run begins at noon.

Sponsored by Metro Parks Tacoma and South Sound Running.
