Some of the members of Portland's Free Music Stop Amerikka collective will be visiting Tacoma this weekend, and trying to bring music to Tollefson Plaza on Sunday from 2-4 -- thereby making it, at least temporarily, a habitable space. They mashup R and B, rap, rock, jazz, blues, classical. Bring your instrument and make some music with them.
