72-Hour Film Competition

Grand Cinema

If you haven't made it to one of the past events, you are missing a great opportunity to see creative local films. Here is how it works: interested local filmmakers register ahead of time at the Grand. On May 3 they will gather at the Grand for instructions on how to make their film. They then have 72 hours to make a film of no longer than five minutes long. The films are screened for the public at the Rialto on the 10th of May. The event is a lot of fun and a great way to support local filmmakers as they improve their craft under a 72 hour pressure situation.

Cost / Admission
Tickets are $8 for members of the Grand and $10 for non-members.
